Assignment 4

Assignment 4: What are your recipes for success?

What are your recipes for success?

Success is not a coincidence. It is the result of how you see, think, feel, act, and who you are

By reflecting on what has made you successful, you will discover the strategies you can consciously apply in the future. This will boost your self-confidence and help you achieve your goals more effectively and efficiently.

Review your list of successes from the past year and select a moment that felt meaningful to you and from which you want to learn.

Describe how your way of seeing, thinking, managing emotions, acting, and being contributed to this success.

A practical way to formulate your success formulas is to use the following structure:
"I + present tense verb + …"

Examples:
"I see challenges as opportunities to learn."
"I believe that perseverance pays off."
"I stay calm and focused, even in difficult situations."
"I follow a plan and take a step forward every day."
"I am persistent."

Repeat this exercise for multiple successes from the past year.

At the end of this exercise, you will have a list of personal success formulas, formulated as powerful guidelines for yourself.

By consciously reflecting on what works for you, you gain more control over your future.

This way, you become the "master of your own destiny."

Use the following questions to analyze how your way of seeing, thinking, feeling, acting, and being contributed to your success.
